Welcome to my website; let me introduce myself. My name is Craig Wilkinson and I am based in Llandudno, North Wales.

The aim of this website is to promote myself as

• an Independent Social Worker specialising in Fostering Services
• an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator specialising in working with parents who are experiencing difficulty in agreeing contact arrangements for their children following their separation.

I hope the website provides you with a clear image of who I am, my value base and my approach to life and work! If not please contact me and I will do my best to answer any questions you may have.

I have been working with children and families since 1987.

I use a 'strength based approach' to maximise the opportunities to engage with clients and co-construct solutions.
I have a very child-centred philosophy and ensure the child(ren)'s needs are always at the centre of all plans.

• Fostering Panel Chair.
• Serious Case Review Chair.
• Independent Reviewing Officer of Foster Carers.
• Form F Assessor.
• Provider of independent support to Foster Carers following allegations being made against them.
• Mediator in complex Contact cases.
